You are unable to reserve the seat when exchange it to game ticket.
Cancellation and changing seat types or refunding due to personal requests will not be accepted
Please bring all of the claim tickets includes for your companion when exchange to game tickets
When the game is canceled due to rain or some other conditions, you will be reimbursed for the tickets you have not exchanged. Please go to the store where you get a claim ticket within 7 days from the day after of the game.
For the customers who have already exchanged to the gift, you will be reimbursed the total amount after deducted for the gift fee at ticket counter within 7 days from the day after of the game.
For the customers who have not exchanged to the gift, you will be reimbursed the total amount of ticket price after deducted the gift fee and you will be given the gift at ticket counter within 7 days from the day after of the game.
We are unable to give you neither “only goods” nor the “only tickets” before the game day.

4．Tanabata is on July 7th! Come to see beautiful Sendai-Tanabata decorations at the stadium!

Tanabata is upcoming on July 7th!! Though it is a month earlier than Sendai Tanabata Festival held in Aug 6-8, we will exhibit the decorations of Sendai-Tanabata here, especially for fans from different countries. Let’s feel an atmosphere of “Omatsuri” in Japan. Enjoy it!
Of course, Japanese people can enjoy too.
